On September 30 during a ceremony held at EAFIT University the 2015 Alejandro Angel Escobar Solidarity Award was presented to Notes for Peace Foundation. EAFIT is a recognized Colombian university located in the city of Medellín.  The Alejandro Angel Escobar Awards established 60 years ago are the most important recognitions in the science and solidarity categories in Colombia.
